Decker Truck Line Chooses ISAAC to Simplify Fleet Technology
We believe this new platform is an important step toward improving usability, integration, and efficiency across the company.”
CLEVELAND, OH, UNITED STATES, April 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Decker Truck Line, Inc. has selected ISAAC Instruments’ solution to simplify its technology stack by unifying operations on a single, driver-first fleet management platform. This partnership supports Decker’s goal of consolidating tools and operational data into fewer systems while involving drivers early, as ISAAC’s platform is introduced.— Dale T.L. Decker, CEO and Co-Owner of Decker Truck Line
“In our discussions, Decker emphasized the importance of simplifying day-to-day operations, supporting real-world trucking workflows, and involving drivers early in the process,” said Sam Sussenguth, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at ISAAC. “That approach aligns closely with how ISAAC works. We are proud to partner with a fleet that is continually committed to collaborating, innovating, and putting drivers at the center of their decision-making.”
The rollout includes ISAAC’s Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and fleet management platform. Early driver involvement has already played a central role in the process. In a Fort Dodge meeting, Decker leadership and drivers previewed the platform together, explored the new ISAAC tablets firsthand, interacted with the platform in real time, and shared feedback as Decker prepared to deploy ISAAC’s technology across its operations. Many in the room expressed excitement for the transition, describing ISAAC’s platform as much more intuitive and user-friendly.
The session that brought together drivers and executives highlighted Decker’s focus on choosing trucking technology that supports day-to-day work on the road. It also reinforced the company’s driver-first culture, with leadership creating space for drivers to share feedback, evaluate usability, and help shape the transition. According to Decker, the new platform stood out for simplifying tasks that previously required multiple steps and for offering a more intuitive user experience. Decker also needed a platform that could adapt to its workflows. ISAAC distinguished itself for its expertise in fleet systems integration.
“Technology plays a critical role in the driver experience, and we’re always looking for ways to move Decker forward,” said Dale T.L. Decker, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of Decker Truck Line, Inc. “We believe this new platform is an important step toward improving usability, integration, and efficiency across the company.”
