Traffic Advisory: Road Construction on Wilder Avenue
HONOLULU — The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM) will partially close lanes on Wilder Avenue from Dole Street to Spencer Street, for necessary pavement repairs, beginning Monday, September 21, 2026.
Weather and conditions permitting, the construction work will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding all observed State holidays. It is anticipated to be completed by March 19, 2027.
Motorists and pedestrians are advised to avoid the work zones and use alternate routes where possible. If travel through the area is unavoidable, please allow for additional travel time and obey posted traffic signs. Access to driveways fronting the affected properties may be temporarily restricted while work is underway. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
